Swimming 1-oh-1

My target will be december or new year.
That is to make my $245 worth it..
hitting the gym as often as i can.. =)

today i got my first lesson in swimming..
thanks to david.. haha.. my personal swimming instructor..
while i am his personal gym instructor.
and alex is mine.. =)

i have been afraid of water since i dunno when.
and today i took the first step to conquer that fear.
i think it was a gd lesson. =)
tried breast stroke but getting there.. =)
treading water was gd.. need more work.. haha... =)


tomolo my medical.. hope i pass eh..
and den goin to watch sg vs china with fellow FCG.

yest was damn fun ah.. bowling bowling bowling..

4) A new running shoe - preferably an adizero - price range $110 - $170.
5) A new phone!
6) maybe a new pair of soccer boots. (adidas please!)

Proud to say that i have bought an adidas F5 to slowly replace my worn out nike street soccer shoe...

Damn shag from gym... a really good workout... man..
i wan to sign memebership... but can only do so starting tomolo till 14 aug for the promo price... cheap cheap good good!

MI experience

Today, i bid goodbye to a place i've been calling home/work for the past 4 and half month.
I must say the experience is the best i ever had.
And i have my fingers crossed to be back there again as a permanent staff.. only time will tell..

anyway... i finally got to see my eye candy from the train when i go to work this morning.
i didnt get to see the whole week and get to see her today... she was wearing red..

and when i was about to leave.. my favourite eye candy air stewardess came into the office!!!
she was wearing red too..
best of all.. i get to take a pic with her!!!!

today muz be my lucky day i think... =)

gonna miss that place....

My heart

I played my heart out..
but we still lose to the league leaders 2-3...

but.. its nice that i was appreciated..
was told that i was the MOM.. by a few peeps..

if playing my heart out didnt ensure the win..
i will then put my body on the line for the win.. =)

I signed up for Singapore Bay Run 2009..
i just realised that this will be the second year i will run 10km before fasting month.
last year was Nike Human Race...

heh..

Had a really gd work out at the gym today man..
i am waiting for the ache to sink in.. probably on friday morning..
aaaah!

Next week i be working alone..
and my contract ends end of this month...
